Paul is the Director of Industry & Alumni Relations as well as a Lecturer in Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing for Hotelschool the Hague based in The Netherlands. Paul is responsible to facilitate the alignment between Industry practices with the world- renowned curriculum of Hotelschool the Hague. Hotelschool the Hague belongs to the top Hotelschools in the world and has won various International awards. Hotelschool the Hague has campuses in both The Hague as well as Amsterdam. Through various programs and partnerships Paul develops and maintains a dynamic relationship with the industry and strengthens and develops the exchange of knowledge. Paul is the founder and organizer of the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge; the biggest of its kind in the world. This Challenge is an Internationally renowned Student Challenge bringing the best students of various top schools in the world in contact with CEOs and Presidents of our Industry. Paul has a 25 year experience in the International Hotel business working for various chains such as Marriott, Intercontinental, Hilton and Rezidor in Executive Sales & Marketing and Operations positions. Paul has also been an entrepreneur in both The Netherlands as well as the US in the area of Real Estate development and sales. Paul, a Dutch native, was a competitive skier in his youth and is a true dog lover.
