Craig Rachel is a Director in the AlixPartners M&A team, based in London. Craig’s career is focused on consumer M&A, particularly in transactions in the restaurant, pub and bar sectors. Notable transactions he has advised on include: - the of Pho restaurants to TriSpan Rising Stars; - the sale of the Big Table Group to Epiris; - growth capital investment by Imbiba into Vagabond Wines; - the sale of the New World Trading Company to Graphite Capital; and - the sale of various hospitality assets of the Thomas Cook Group He has spent the last ten years advising investors and corporate boards on a variety of strategic projects, from sales of businesses, to raising equity capital, refinancing, strategic options and advice on buy-side acquisitions.
