A US-trained architect with more than 16 years’ experience, Morgan is tasked with positioning NEOM at the forefront of hospitality design and strategically leads the hotel asset development efforts at NEOM Hotel Development. She has deep experience in development, project and design management, as well as asset turnover in previous positions with Marriott Vacations and the Ritz-Carlton Development Company, the real-estate development subsidiary of Marriott International in the US and Singapore. Across her career, Morgan has been involved with over 85 projects in her native US, in addition to the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Australia. Her expertise is rooted in a unique combination of roles, as developer, operator, and acting owner, which led her to the Middle East to work with some of the region’s foremost developers and consultants, including Emaar Hospitality Group and Drees & Sommer. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma.
