With over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Analysis as well as in Strategy and Planning across multiple industries, and a heavy focus on the Food & Beverage sector, Pauline has built a very deep understanding of the region while growing a strong passion towards the F&B industry. Nominated as one of Women in F&B Power List 2022, Pauline started her journey in F&B with Azadea Group where she has led a number of international brands including Paul and Eataly. She then joined iKcon Cloud Kitchens, where she has played a vital role in the foundation and expansion of the company. In 2021, she was appointed as CFO for Blackspoon, heading a wide portfolio of homegrown brands including Allo Beirut, Masti, Ibn Albahr, Bombay Bungalow and Blue Seafood Asia. Throughout her career, she managed to acquire a diversified yet specialized exposure, spanning from brand due diligence, market entries, mergers & acquisition, to franchising models and expansion opportunities, which have greatly contributed to her strategic leadership skills by injecting constant innovation and creativity in her daily thinking. Moreover, Pauline’s solid industry knowledge coupled with her extensive F&B experience allowed her to build a strong reputation with time within the industry in the region, and therefore to be appointed in June 2021 as a board member of Mingora Consult group, a MENA restaurants performance company with a mission to democratize food data through various market tools and analytics.
