Karolina Cotronei is a senior associate at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. An English-qualified solicitor, she focuses on franchising and distribution law in over 80 jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Karolina advises restaurant and hospitality clients on their strategy to grow their business and enter new markets. She assists in the drafting of agreements, represents clients in negotiations, and helps them overcome compliance challenges. Prior to moving into private practice, she occupied a senior role within the international in-house legal department of Hertz, a world-renowned franchisor brand, where she handled a wide variety of commercial legal matters and developed extensive expertise in franchising.
