In my role as Vice President Global Guest Technology and Innovation, I provide technical and functional expertise on the tools used in hotels and define a strategic plan with the Hubs to prioritize product evolution in guest facing technology and drive innovation across all brands and regions. I also drive product adoption in the Hubs and provide technical and functional expertise on guest technology. Moreover, I am responsible to animate a community and define the technology standards guidelines to be used and adapted by different Accor brands globally. I joined Accor as Regional Director Customer Technology Services IMEA in 2019. I have a wealth of experience and expertise in technology for Operations, holding senior positions in Rotana Hotels & Resorts and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. In my most recent role, I and my Area Directors team were in-charge of the day-to-day management and support of hotel IT operations, ensuring that hotels meet Accor IT brand standards and benefit from the technological innovation that is transforming the hospitality industry. I hold a master’s degree in computer science and am pursuing my Executive MBA with City University of London. I am also ITIL and CDCP certified.
