Will joined Premier Inn MENA in 2017 with more than 20 years’ experience in hospitality IT strategy and operations. Based in Dubai, he leads all IT-related activity at Premier Inn’s regional head office and at 11 hotels in the UAE and Qatar. Will started his career on a service desk before moving into technical roles and then into management. His extensive hospitality background includes 11 years with the Intercontinental Hotels Group, three years at Whitbread and five years at UK restaurant operator Mitchells and Butlers.
