Salim started his career in 2004 working for the London based investment bank JP Morgan Chase Bank for nearly 4 years after graduating from NEOMA Business School in Reims - France. From 2008 on, he held several management positions in investment advisory firms and cross-sector holding companies. At the end of 2015, he joined the Moroccan Agency for Tourism Development (SMIT MOROCCO) an affiliate company of the Ministry of Tourism in Morocco as director of investment promotion and international development, in charge of the implementation of the country's tourism development strategy as well as the support of several public and private international tourism investors in setting up their developments in Morocco. Salim is fluent in French, English, Arabic on top of a good grasp of Spanish. He has launched ISTICH CONSULTING in 2021, based in Le Vésinet near Paris, France, specialised in tourism investment advisory in Morocco and the broader African continent. He is married and father of a daughter.
