Julia Miller has 25 years’ international HR experience, with a focus on total rewards, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion. Julia is passionate about providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where all team members can thrive, personally and professionally. She is a member of Hilton’s EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, advocating for DEI across the region, and she leads Hilton’s Women’s Team Member Resource Group for the Middle East. She also chairs the EMEA Hotel Industry Reward Group. Julia holds an MA in Personnel & Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
