Saudi-born Architect and businessman. Mohammed has played a substantial role in providing executive leadership and management of more than 4.2 billion SR of real estate properties and assets across the MENA region, leading the project management team since 2011, managing project cash flows, time schedules, and overall quality. In 2013, he was promoted to head of the development team, and he expanded the company's development scope to superstructure development, master plans, and infrastructure developments. Mohammed persuades his team to capitalize on the trend of mixed-use development in the eastern province and throughout Saudi Arabia. Following his architectural studies, Mohammed began his career in early 2007 by joining a local architect firm, a year later, he joined a reputable international architect firm, SL RASCH of Stuttgart, Germany, where he pursued his passion for design and material control. Only a few years later, Mohammed joined ZAMIL STEEL as head of projects, overseeing Saudi Aramco's 100 million USD Ithra project. The ambitious architect discovered his passion and strong influence in real estate, so he joined ALOULA as a chief development officer in late 2011. Soon after, the top management uncovers his sharpness, resilience, and vision required to lead the business, where appointed as chairman of ALOULA middle east Co. (Dubai), CEO of ALOULA and AJDAN real estate development Co. (Khobar), and member of the board of ALOULA industrial cities (Cairo), CEO of AlKhobar Lakes company and chairman of AJDAN BAHRAIN Co.
