Nadim is one of the founding members and CEO of eathos, a highly specialized restaurant operating platform with close to 40 sites across the UAE and KSA, managing International Franchise brands like SushiArt, Tortilla & Kababji, and locally developed brand Joga. In addition to running traditional Brick & Mortar restaurants, eathos has been optimizing its operations and anticipating the latest market trends by developing several virtual brands, including Alien Burger and Mashrou3 Tabkha, which it operates through its own restaurants and cloud kitchens. Nadim has 17 years of international professional experience across Private Equity, Retail and the Restaurants industry. He spent 9 years with the global firm Quilvest Private Equity, with a concentration on deal sourcing, execution and post-acquisition support in the F&B restaurant sector. During his tenure, Nadim worked closely with a number of portfolio companies, including YO! Sushi to support them in a range of strategic, financial and operational activities. After setting-up eathos in 2014, and successively running Finance and Business/Corporate Development through 2020, including structuring the acquisitions of SushiArt and Joga, he recently spent two years at Majid Al Futtaim Retail, as VP Corporate Development, in charge of building two new businesses for the Group, setting-up JVs and Strategic Partnerships, in addition to overseeing Retail Analytics and Sustainability. Nadim returned to eathos as CEO in September 2022, where he is in charge of the overall operations across the UAE and KSA, and setting the strategic direction of the Group. Nadim is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, MS from Stanford University and BE (Honors) from the American University of Beirut.
