Mr. Eliopoulos is an American-born entrepreneur with Lebanese and Greek family background. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. From 2010 through 2020 he was active in American politics. From 2010 through 2020 he also served as a volunteer on the National Committee of the Boy Scouts of America and is a recipient of their National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award. In 2020 he founded Nourish, a start-up company building a world-class booking platform for just-in-time in-flight meals. The company is an Industry Partner member of the Arab Air Carriers Organization and headquartered in the UAE.
