Mohannad Zikra is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Stella Stays, a UAE proptech start-up with a vision to create the future of living. Stella Stays is reimagining the global living experience through its portfolio of tech-enabled branded residences that offer residents & guests a community driven lifestyle and the freedom and flexibility to live, work, travel anywhere. Officially launched in 2019 and headquartered in Dubai, Stella Stays is partnering with real estate developers and property owners to fully take over their residential projects — from apartment buildings to villas — currently in 5 cities and expanding across the Middle East, Europe and North America. Mohannad was born and raised in Kuwait and relocated to Canada at the age of eight, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Concordia University in Montreal. Before Stella Stays, Mohannad began his professional career with Ericsson Canada, where he held the position of Director of Sales. He subsequently worked for UXP Systems, a Canadian tech start-up that was acquired by Amdocs in 2018.
