Raed Kuhail is the Executive Director of Digital and Information Technology at Miral. With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Raed joined Miral in 2023 to lead the company’s Digital & Data Transformation program and has since developed Miral's Digital and Technology Strategy. He is responsible for monitoring the progress of the projects portfolio and facilitating the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of appropriate continuity plans for the IT infrastructure. Before joining Miral, Raed was the Executive Director of Information Technology at Dubai's Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing where he developed and implemented the Technology and Digital Strategy of the entire tourism sector in Dubai. Raed's vast experience has seen him as Information Technology – Vice President, Applications and Business Solutions at Al Hilal Bank in Abu Dhabi and Senior Consultant at Emirates Airlines Technology Center in Dubai. Raed graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BS degree in Engineering science.
