Dale is a real estate and hospitality professional who has had extensive experiences in hospitality and real estate market in UAE and wider GCC over the last two decades. Dale has had various ranges of roles in real estate field focused on hospitality assets. She managed a portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets valued over AED 2 billion, and supported acquisition and disposal of hospitality/leisure assets (with value exceeding AED 1 billion). She carried out real estate consultancy works on valuations, feasibility studies and acquisition of hospitality and other various asset classes during her time in world’s top real estate consultancy firms. She acted as real estate credit officer of retail mortgage lending for one of the leading international banks in Dubai. She is currently working in Mashreq Corporate and Investment Bank Group. Her primary roles are structuring and advising real estate finance transactions in GCC as well as international projects.
