With offices in Bangkok and Los Angeles it consults in addition on Wellness Real Estate assets for the Norwegian Sovereign Fund and the Saudi Arabia Sovereign Fund, amongst other multinationals like BioNtech, Capella Hotels, Wynn Resort, Four Seasons, Bulgari & Accor amongst others. Ingo is as well a co-founder of Space Yoga & Space Cycle in greater China, together with Matthew Allison, former President of EMI Music, and Jack Ma, Founder of Alibaba with 13 clubs already in operation. Temasek’s Fullerton Fund has invested behind GOCO Hospitality and they both will soon further grow GOCO managed Wellness Real Estate assets with new projects in Switzerland and Thailand on the horizont. From individual hotel spas to dedicated wellness resorts, and master-planned mixed-use developments, Ingo’s experience and insights have enabled GOCO Hospitality grow exponentially over the past 15 years. Delivering over 400 projects across 42 countries, from initial ideas through to profitable realization, and on-going operational property management, at a combined value worth more than $4.5 billion USD.
