Yazan is a PwC Partner specialized in the real estate and hospitality industry across various stages of the development life cycle and with industry experience gained from consulting firms, global hotel operators, regional developers and investment banks. He successfully assisted organizations increase efficiencies and capital returns through effective cash flow management, planning, strategy setting and deal execution. He previously worked at SHUAA capital where he was the Managing Director leading the group’s real estate development and investment activities in Dubai where he had overall responsibility for the development strategy, operator search, debt raise, sales and marketing and development oversight. Prior to that he was a Senior Director at Meraas Holding overseeing AED 50bn+ of masterplan developments including the mixed use islands of Blue waters and La Mer and the urban regeneration projects of Citywalk and Dubai Water Canal. He has extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market from his tenure at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he was responsible for growing the group’s hotel portfolio and presence across all their brands.
