Didier now serves as Senior Advisor, Global Business Development, for F1Arcade, a leading concept in the competitive social entertainment industry. Prior to that, Didier joined Time Out Group PLC in February 2016 as CEO of the market division to lead its global expansion, opening 6 new markets and preparing and signing an extensive pipe line of new Time Out Market projects in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa, making the brand truly global. He also served as Executive Vice President for the internationally renowned Hakkasan brand, overseeing the company’s global restaurant portfolio. Didier also held senior management positions in some of the UK’s top high-end retail brands, including Selfridges and Harrods, where he was Director of Food Halls & Restaurants and Daylesford Organic were he served as Managing Director. After graduating from the Lausanne Hotel Management School in Switzerland, he started his career in the hotel industry, living in Hong Kong, Nagoya, Bahrain and Singapore, working for brands such as Hilton, Meridien and Inter-Continental. Didier now lives in London, and heads up DJMS Hospitality.
