Hadi A. Moukarzel is the Brand & System Service Director for Louvre Hotels Group in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA). Hadi A. Moukarzel has been in the hospitality business for more than 10 years. Coming from a dedicated Hospitality Legacy running in his family, it was only natural that Hadi would follow the footsteps of his passionate father and elder brother as Hoteliers. Self-motivated and professional with a solid flair for strong perception, a keen lookout on priorities and necessities, Hadi is and always willing to build new horizons and moving the way forward. With his hand-on approach to, and his detailed oriented viewpoint to the Region’s Markets Hadi has been Featured Speaker at numerous seminars across the region’s Events and Workshops. His busy schedule and the sizable portfolio that he handles, never hindered him from conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly trainings across the MENA properties, motivated by the notion of the success of the Businesses derives from the high commitment and competence of each and every relevant colleague. Hadi began his career in 2013 as a management trainee in Oman – Muscat, where she exhibited dedication and determination, propelling him after a year and a half to become E-Commerce Executive for all the properties in Muscat. Building on his strong aspiration for achievements and growth, in 2015 Hadi got promoted to Brand & System Services Specialist at the Regional Office in Dubai. Nevertheless, his dedication bore fruit, as he got promoted in 2017 to become the Brand & System Services Manager in the Regional Office in Dubai. In 2019 Hadi Got promoted to Brand & System Services Director handling the entire MENA region of 50 hotels portfolio, while still managing his dedication to develop and support the hotels colleagues, be it in conducting zoom trainings and meetings with all the hotels especially during the Pandemic, and handling responsibilities for all the system deliverables of Louvre Hotels Group MENA in collaboration with Paris Head Office, remotely from Dubai Regional Office or Hotels regular Visits across the Region.
