Shrikant Dash is actively involved in taking Atmosphere Core’s distinct portfolio of leisure hospitality brands to existing and new markets around the world. He handles strategic direction, financial structuring for projects, and portfolio management. A unique blend of entrepreneurial acumen, project development expertise, and empathetic people skills makes Shrikant a deft hand at strategic business development. He has established strong relations with private and institutional investors. Shrikant has also stood up an effective corporate development team that is adept at negotiating management contracts and evaluating the financial feasibility of new opportunities. Over the last decade, his financial wisdom has seen the company through myriad highs and lows, with the company reporting unprecedented profits in 2022 despite the global economic challenges. In effect, Shrikant played a key role in company expansion, with a promising portfolio of eight operational resorts with exciting new properties in the pipeline in South Asia. Prior to joining Atmosphere Core, Shrikant handled growth and development of EoN Resorts Group in the Maldives. He started his started his career with HSBC and worked in India and the UAE for over 5 years. Whilst working at HSBC he spotted a business opportunity and founded his own technology company to provide a unique currency conversion service to banks in India and Sri Lanka, hence tapping into an unknown market and making it a profitable venture. Shrikant holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and a Masters in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur, both premier institutes in India.
