Eng. Ahmed Bin Wasl Al Juhani is the CEO of Rua Al Madinah Holding, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, the Kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund. Rua Al Madinah Holding specializes in building comprehensive development projects throughout one of Islam’s holiest cities. These projects aim to further enhance Madinah’s status as a modern religious hub and cultural destination and enrich the experiences of its residents, pilgrims, and visitors from all around the world. Rua Al Madinah is especially interested in maintaining the city’s all-important cultural and spiritual attributes throughout these widescale development efforts. Eng. Ahmed Al Juhani’s accomplished executive track record extends across more than three decades and a variety of sectors including real estate development, construction and facilities management, housing, tourism, hospitality and culture, education, sports facilities, as well as railways, airports, and oil and gas facilities. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions at major companies and institutions within the Kingdom, Europe, and South Korea. Before joining Rua Al Madinah Holding, Eng. Ahmed Al Juhani was CEO of the Development and Construction Sector at the Royal Commission for Al Ula Governorate. He has previously served as Vice President of Construction at Al Seif Contractor Engineers. Eng. Ahmed Al Juhani has also lent his expertise to several prestigious companies and institutions including Saudi Aramco and the Ministry of Finance, where he supervised the completion of various largescale projects and laid out the strategic framework for several future undertakings. Ahmed Al Juhani holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has completed Harvard Business School’s real estate management program, alongside several specialized training programs.
