Marvin Alballi is Amazon best-selling author. His book Restaurant Excellence is #1 on Amazon in the service and food categories. Marvin an award-winning food and beverage executive with twenty two years of international experience managing franchise chains, celebrity-chef restaurants, independent establishments, and global hotel F&B operations. Marvin spent several years apiece with the InterContinental Hotels Group, for which he oversaw 745 restaurants and bars for 212 hotels overseas, and the Fortune 500 company Brinker International (Chili's Grill & Bar), which named him Operator of the Year. Marvin has also worked with the Burger King corporate office and led all of the western Canadian market. He has launched Caribou Coffee, Fuddruckers, Marble Slab Creamery, and Applebee's locations in international markets and worked for the award-winning Canadian chain White Spot.
