Christopher Hewett is Senior Vice President and Head of Hospitality at Al Hamra, the leading real estate developer and investment company in the United Arab Emirates. An industry professional with over 17 years’ experience in the MENA hospitality industry, Christopher oversees the management, growth and development of Al Hamra’s AED 1.5b hospitality and leisure portfolio. Prior to joining Al Hamra, he served as a Director at TRI Consulting where he consulted high-net-worth individuals, government entities, international real estate developers on asset management, strategic development planning, feasibility assessments, management agreement negotiations and hotel valuations. In addition to his advisory experience, Christopher has extensive hotel operations management experience in New Zealand, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, working across renowned hospitality brands. A people person with strong leadership skills, Christopher is an award -winning industry leader with a strong track record in delivering innovative ideas and fresh concepts. Christopher has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, Australia.
