In 2014 David founded SPECTRUM – an international design-build firm known for its exceptional work in the design industry. David has an accomplished track record of managing a diverse range of projects with the highest specifications and complexity levels, ranging from US $ 10 Million to $ 1.5 Billion. David with a diverse international experience possesses immense technical, contractual, and operational knowledge of all aspects of the design-build process. He has a keen eye for detail and is highly skilled in value engineering and forecast analysis. David's personal involvement in the design phase of projects sets him apart from his peers. His exceptional design abilities have contributed to the success of some of the highest-profile projects, and he has played a significant role in defining the design criteria and final outlook of the projects.
