Ahmed has efficiently managed 9 pre-openings, 2 rebranding, and over 2 new builds. Comes to count an additional 35 refurbishment projects with several design reviews and valuable input into international summit and conferences. Ahmed is an active member in supporting operational and sustainable development through his contribution as an advisory board member in the first RAK Energy Summit in Ras Al Khaimah and in the development committee of the sustainability regulation of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (Barjeel) . With an outstanding financial knowledge and extensive expertise in design and construction contracting, particularly with FIDIC forms of contracts, set him apart in the industry.
