Neil George is Partner & Co-CEO of Aleph Hospitality, the Middle East and Africa’s largest independent hotel management company. With 30+ years of global hospitality experience and 20 of them in the region, Neil is a widely recognised hospitality leader. Previously, as Senior Vice President Acquisition & Development EAME at Starwood, and a member of the Global Development Leadership team, he led the growth of all ten Starwood brands in the region. Neil’s expertise is sought after at industry events and on advisory boards, and he also serves as a strategic advisor to Rosewood Hotel Group. His career also includes a stint in hospitality advisory with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen in London for almost a decade. He began his career with a grounding in luxury hotel operations. Neil holds a master's degree in hospitality from Cornell University, New York. A British national, Neil has called Dubai his home since 2009.
