Raj is the director of the Signature Developers (SD) which is established in 2012. SD has been in the high end residences and hospitality development. The first project was THE 118 in Downtown Dubai. This was a unique project with 1 large apartment per floor of 6600sqft in a 44 floors tower, along with all services like Valet, concierge services. It created drivers rooms and meeting rooms for the residents which was first for the Dubai market. SD replicated similar kind of high project with The Residences JLT . It continued to deliver same level of services like the 118 in the JLT project, making them self known for high quality finishes in the residential sector. Another 2 projects were delivered of high end specs with Signature Mansions in JGE with 18 villas and Residence 22 in Marsai Bay in Business bay with again 1 floor large apartments. After creating their own brand of Signature, for delivering quality finishes and services, SD teamed up with Marriot to build the W Residences in JLT. the project was launched in 2025 and is under construction for delivery in 2029. W Residences has all the unique offerings of a branded residences with amazing of Emirates Hills/ Meadows and the Montgomery Golf Club. SD expanded it self in the hospitality industry with the 200Taj JLT and a boutique Delano Hotel in London's South Kensington area, overlooking Hyde Park.
