Hicham Hassouni brings nearly 25 years of experience across hospitality, real estate and investment, with a strong track record in development strategy, investment advisory and value creation across complex hospitality and mixed-use projects. Throughout his career, he has advised developers, institutional investors, sovereign-linked entities and hospitality groups on investment strategy, operator selection and platform development. His experience spans the full project lifecycle—from concept definition and investment underwriting through operator negotiations, development strategy and commercial structuring—across the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Prior to founding Hassouni & Co, Hicham held senior leadership roles with Rosewood Hotel Group, Ennismore and Habitas, where he led development and strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, he gained investment and advisory experience working alongside leading investors and public-sector stakeholders, including PIF-backed initiatives, helping shape hospitality investment platforms and development strategies.
