Elham Bolooki is a Business Development professional at Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), leading industry engagement, strategic partnerships and the Dubai Way initiative, connecting DCT with Dubai’s tourism and hospitality sector. Prior to moving into Business Development, Elham spent several years in academia at DCT, where she launched Dubai’s first hospitality apprenticeship programme, strengthening the connection between education and industry. She holds an MBA in International Hospitality from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and brings extensive experience from Jumeirah Group and Dubai Mall. In 2017, Elham was recognised as a Rising Star at the Middle East Hospitality Awards.
