Professor Nicholas Thomas has nearly 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He actively publishes in leading journals and is regularly invited to speak at academic, industry, and public events. Before entering higher education, he held leadership roles in luxury hotel operations and human resources with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, a Master of Hospitality Administration, and a Doctorate in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
