After years at IBM, Intel, Sodexo and PTC driving digital transformation, he saw the gap first-hand: world-class guest experiences still run on paper schedules and spreadsheets. MintHR uses AI and automated workflows to make hotel management seamless — scheduling, attendance, payroll — so teams spend less time on admin and more time with guests.
