Ghanem Al Brolosy was born in Mansoura, where his dream of becoming an engineer began early. With determination and hard work, he pursued his studies at the Faculty of Engineering, graduating in 2006 with a specialization in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy Projects. Carrying his ambition beyond borders, he moved to Kuwait to start his professional journey. He began as a manufacturing and design engineer, then advanced into project management and execution. With each step, his experience grew, and his vision became clearer. Driven by innovation and a passion for sustainable investment, he took the bold leap into entrepreneurship—founding companies such as Damac Al Khalejia, Al Brolosy Real Estate Development, Mqased, and others across the Gulf and the Middle East. His journey reflects the transformation from a diligent young engineer into a strategic leader, one who creates sustainable solutions and guides teams toward success and expansion.
