Annemarie Manning

Annemarie is Head of Investor Solutions at Orange Capital Partners. Prior to joining OCP in 2024, Annemarie was for 8 years the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at ActivumSG.

Annemarie brings a unique industry perspective, resulting from a dynamic career

encompassing a variety of sectors and roles. Over 10+ years of experience on the direct and indirect real estate investment side laid down a strong foundation for business development and investor relations. Her career in real estate began in 1998 as an analyst underwriting platform transactions at Security Capital and asset transactions at Doughty Hanson in London. Following this, Annemarie worked for eight years at APG Investments as a senior portfolio manager for private equity real estate and debt, before moving back to London to join Greenhill and subsequently PGIM to gain experience in capital raising.

Annemarie has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in real estate, project management and housing from the Technical

University of Delft.
