Eric Jafari

Eric Jafari is the Founder and CEO of AENDRE, a European hospitality investment and development platform creating lifestyle extended-stay and hybrid living brands. Eric was previously Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer at Brookfield-backed Edyn, one of Europe's largest aparthotel groups.

Under Oaktree's stewardship, he and his team repositioned the SACO portfolio, creating and launching the Locke brand before selling the platform to Brookfield in 2018. Under Brookfield's ownership, they scaled the platform fourfold across Europe between 2018 and 2023. Prior to this, Eric was Co-Founder and Managing Director at Union Hanover Securities, overseeing a £400 million development portfolio.
