Louis is the Chief Development Officer and Deputy Head for the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey at Ennismore, where he oversees all facets of hotel development and operations, from partnership inception, deal-making, owner relations, to property design and pre-opening activities. He also serves as the Global Head of F&B Development, leading Ennismore's investment strategy in its F&B platforms, including Rikas and Paris Society. Louis is focused on accelerating the growth of Ennismore’s hotels, residences, and F&B brands. Before joining Ennismore, Louis held the role of VP of Development, Middle East and Africa at Accor. His career began in hotel operations at Starwood Hotels and Resorts in California, followed by roles in asset management with the Saudi BinLadin Group in Jeddah and Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai. Louis also gained valuable experience in hospitality consultancy with HVS in Dubai, specializing in consulting and valuations
