Ahmed Bin Madhi is the Chief Investment Officer of Rua Al Madinah Holding Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) that aims to elevate the experience of residents and visitors to the holy city of Madinah through a range of holistic urban development projects. With over a decade of experience in the real estate development and investment banking industries, Mr. Bin Madhi oversees the company’s full range of Investment, Business Development, Hotel Asset Management, and Strategic Business Unit activities. Prior to joining Rua Al Madinah in 2018, Mr. Bin Madhi held senior positions at Alrajhi Investment, the real estate arm of Awqaf Sulaiman Alrajhi Holding Company. There, he oversaw a large portfolio of assets (with a particular focus on hospitality properties), across the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. He has also held several key roles at Global Investment House Saudi Arabia, a leading regional asset management and investment banking firm, where he advised a wide range of high-profile clients across the Kingdom and the wider region. Mr. Bin Madhi holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Science and Technology, as well as a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University, New York.
