Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim serves as the CEO of Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA and Lakhraim Group, an investment firm specializing in strategic investments and ventures across diverse market sectors throughout the Middle East and North Africa region. In this capacity, he directs the strategic evolution of Tetra Hospitality and Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA to establish it as a leading force in regional hospitality. With premium hotel properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi under its ownership, Tetra Hospitality manages about 57 hotels and approximately 14,000 key hotels across diverse brands in the Middle East and Africa through Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Boasting over two decades of experience in real estate and professional services, Fahad's journey encompasses roles such as a Partner at KPMG Lower Gulf, where he held multiple key positions including Head of Infrastructure, Real Estate Advisory, and Head of Emiratization. Prior to his tenure at KPMG, Fahad contributed his expertise to several prominent real estate developers in Dubai, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and go-to-market strategies for transformative projects. His responsibilities spanned the entire lifecycle of developments, overseeing asset classes like residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality. Notable achievements include spearheading the launch of major ventures like City Walk, Blue Waters, Bulgari Resort and Residences, and Marsa Al Seef. Throughout his career, Fahad has held esteemed positions on prominent boards, including Emirates REIT, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and Emirates Transport. Currently, he is an active member of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of the Emirates. Fahad's educational background comprises a BA in Accountancy from Concordia University in Canada, complemented by his status as a Chartered Accountant in the United States.
