Mike Rigby is the trusted partner of many hospitality and real estate property developers as they look to bring aquatic amenities to life. Having lived away from his native UK for over 15 years and gained working experience in Chile, Mexico, Spain, and the UAE, Mike brings international know-how and expertise when it comes to helping brands transform into major tourism destinations. As the GM & RVP, Middle East & India for WhiteWater, Mike has ten years of experience working within the Middle East playing an integral role in several of the region’s leading water parks including resort facilities like Aquaventure at Atlantis Resort and Jungle Bay at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi as well as greenfield development projects such as Yas Waterworld in the UAE, Meryal in Qatar, and Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia. Passionate for giving back to the industry, Mike also serves as the head of the event committee and a board member for MENALAC (Middle East, North Africa Leisure & Attraction Council) and as a board member for the Europe & Middle East division of the Themed Entertainment Association. When not working, you can find Mike on the golf course or in the heart of a football match.
