Hiba has 18+ years of design and development experience to include extensive knowledge and a wealth of expertise in architecture and interior design in the Middle East hospitality industry. She holds a Master's degree in building services engineering. During her time working for the hospitality industry, Hiba had led design teams for hotels and mixed-use developments for large international chains across multiple locations in Middle East and North Africa. In addition to luxury 5-star hotels, lifestyle hotels and serviced apartments, Hiba has also led projects for Real Estate developments. Hiba Araji joined Valor Hospitality Partners in 2023 as Regional Design and Project Development Manager for the Middle East and CIS. Recent successes included design concepts for globally branded and private label hotels and serviced residences, ultra-luxury branded real estate projects and niche experiential projects across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Pakistan.
