Patrick Antaki is an accomplished hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as a the COO at Hospitality Management Holding (HMH). Patrick has held senior roles with prominent global brands such as Le Meridien, starwood, Marriott and Meeting Point Hotels, a subsidiary of FTI Group. He has served on boards such as the Fujairah Tourism and Antiquities authority, Dubai English Speaking School, the Fujairah Higher College of Technology and the Mission to Seafarers Angel Appeal.   During his tenure at Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Patrick transformed the property into an award-winning hotel that set the standard for hospitality on the East Coast of the UAE. He also led the iconic Al Maha Desert Resort to a top-12 ranking among the world's best 25 hotels for three consecutive years, resulting in commercial success for both properties.   Patrick has a proven track record of optimising revenues, through developing the company and its hotels, managing costs, and inspiring teams to achieve financial and guest satisfaction goals.  In his role at HMH, Patrick oversees the overall functions of the company's portfolio and collaborates closely with the Board of Directors and the Chairman of Hospitality Management Holding to drive portfolio growth, establish effective Corporate Governance, create reliable processes, and execute strategies that align with the HMH vision.
