Stefan is Managing Partner-Consulting at KEANE providing the lead on strategic F&B consulting for KEANE’s studios in Birmingham, Dubai and Riyadh. KEANE leverage a unique ’consult & create’ model and has established itself as one of the region’s leading F&B consulting firms. He has previously held regional leadership roles at Starwood/Marriott for EMEA, IHG (SE Asia) Hilton (Europe) and E&Y Consulting. Stefan has over 500 F&B concepts to his name and brought brands such as Buddha Bar, Hakkasan, Pierre Gagnaire and Embassy to the Middle East as well as helped develop icons such as Mall of the Emirates and Yas Island. KEANE are currently working on the leading giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have built a reputation for their industry-leading approach to F&B strategy, masterplanning, concept development, interior and brand design.
