Throughout my career, I have excelled in building and growing entrepreneurial startups, leading large and diverse teams across geographies, and driving business performance through effective strategies and digital innovation. Currently, I hold the position of CEO at Kayanee, a portfolio company under the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. Kayanee is a unique lifestyle integrated concept that aims to inspire and enhance women's well-being in Saudi Arabia. Our focus at Kayanee is on women's health and lifestyle through six offerings: fitness, apparel, personal care, nutrition & diagnostics, healthy eating, and learning. Over the course of my career, I have also worked in the Health, Wellness, Personal Care, and Healthy Eating industries, gaining extensive insights and expertise. My areas of specialization include building and leading large teams, developing long-term strategies, driving business performance, implementing successful turnarounds, leading digital transformation initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. With an MBA from INSEAD (France) in 2007 and a full-scholarship Computer Engineering Degree from NTU (Singapore) in 2001, in recognition of my leadership potential, I was honored with the "Future Leader" Award by the President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Furthermore, my industry expertise, people management skills, business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit have been acknowledged through media features in CNBC, Straits Times, Channel NewsAsia, and HRM Asia magazine.
