Talar Keshishian is the Senior Leasing Manager at Red Sea Global (RSG), a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund. Talar leads the leasing for The Red Sea and AMAALA, two exceptional, regenerative tourism destinations that aim to set new standards in sustainable development and put Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing (develop leasing plans, identify new tenants, ensure the best tenant mix is achieved in line market trends). Talar has over 15 years of experience in Leasing and Retail Management. She has worked extensively with the major International Retailers and top Saudi Real Estate Developers. Previously, Talar was Leasing Manager at HAMAT and Al Khozama, in addition to her extensive retail background with AZADEA Group.
