Falih embarked on his professional journey as an intern at Assaudia Real Estate Development Company located in Jeddah. He pursued a BSc in Economics & Real Estate Development at Chapman University in California, where he also gained experience interning for Century American-R.C. Hobbs, a company renowned for over 35 years of leadership in the real estate sector of Southern California. Upon completion of his degree, Falih took on the role of Business Development Officer at Hajaj & Associates, concurrently joining Century 21-Jeddah and ascending to the CEO position in under a year. Under his guidance, Century21-Jeddah soared to unprecedented sales achievements. His innovative approaches and the company's robust expansion led to his appointment as CEO of Hajaj & Associates in early 2015. In his tenure as CEO, Falih oversaw a real estate portfolio worth over $2 billion and managed projects under development valued at an additional $1 billion. He also founded an investment entity for Hajaj & Associates, overseeing direct investments both domestically and internationally. 2019 saw Falih assuming the role of CEO at Dallah AlBaraka's Amam Real Estate, a new venture in real estate management and development. He led the re-development of Durrat AlArous and spearheaded multiple projects across the kingdom, enhancing the company's portfolio. Returning to Hajaj & Associates in 2022 as Managing Director after becoming an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Falih aimed to devise and execute a forward-thinking strategy centered on job creation, sustainability, and supporting Saudi Vision 2030. This vision focuses on transforming the kingdom’s economy through diversification and development in sectors such as residential, tourism, infrastructure, and now hospitality. Additionally, Falih serves as the CEO of Tashyid Urban Development, further contributing to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 by facilitating advancements in residential living, tourism, and infrastructure development, with an expanded focus on hospitality, enriching the kingdom's offerings in this vital sector.
