Abdulrahman Abaalkhail is the Chief Executive Officer of Dan Company. A highly experienced CEO with a distinguished career spanning more than two decades across multiple industries, Mr. Abaalkhail leverages his strong business development, operations management, and analytical skills to lead Dan Company’s growth and strategic direction. Guided by a genuine passion to make a difference, Mr. Abaalkhail has successfully overseen the launch of Dan Company to establish the organization as a catalyst for the sustainable prosperity of communities across Saudi Arabia. Under his visionary stewardship, the company will contribute to the development of a robust local tourism industry ecosystem that will drive positive change and accelerate the growth of the Kingdom’s hospitality sector by providing world-class agritourism, adventure, and ecotourism experiences. Prior to joining Dan Company, Mr. Abaalkhail held the post of Chief Executive Officer at MASIC Logistics from 2020 to 2022, and Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Company between 2013 and 2020. Previously, he served as Group Head of Business Development at Al Faisaliah Group Holding for a period of four years. Mr. Abaalkhail began his career at Ernst & Young, where he honed his skills in audit, tax and consulting before moving into corporate finance consulting during his nine-year journey with the company. In addition to his role with Dan Company, Mr. Abaalkhail currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Al Fadhili Housing Co. and is member of the Investment Committee at Maharah Human Resources. Throughout his illustrious career, he has held Board and Committee Member appointments at a number of organizations including Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Company, and Sand Saudi Arabia. Mr. Abaalkhail holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales, together with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. He has also successfully completed a number of diploma courses from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and INSEAD Business School on topics such as strategic management and the effective governance of boards
