With 17 years’ experience within Hospitality and People Leadership, Lyndsey joined MJS Investment in 2021 coming from Hyatt Hotels. Lyndsey’s experience with Hyatt International spanned 13+ years having led the HR function in Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Australia and subsequently in an Area capacity across Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. Lyndsey has presented as an Expert Speaker and Panelist at several summits across Melbourne, Sydney as well as Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Major Tourism, Minor HR Management) and completed Post Graduate studies in in Psychology. Lyndsey strives lead teams to cultivate a culture giving people a strong sense of belonging and to inspire others to grow beyond their comfort zones. She is a strong advocate for building Saudi Talent and lends her experience within the Hospitality industry with key focus on supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
