Jihad Dirani is currently the Vice President of New Development Leasing at Cenomi Centers. With more than 18 years of retail leasing experience, Jihad brings a wealth of industry knowledge to spearhead the new development leasing team and implement Cenomi’s vision which aims to reshape the future of retail development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jihad’s main responsibilities focus on enhancing Cenomi’s vision by delivering Jawharat Jeddah and Jawharat Riyadh, the latest Flagship Luxury Destinations within the Cenomi Portfolio, as well as enriching its multi-purpose developments with an infusion of Retail, Leisure and F&B concepts. Prior to his current appointment, Jihad held a number of leadership positions with leading establishments in the region covering markets including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Lebanon. His previous experience encompasses Director of Leasing at Diriyah Gate Development Authority and Head of Leasing of Meraas managing the leasing of Dubai’s favorite destinations, such as The Beach, Bluewaters and Citywalk. Jihad also oversaw the market entry of TriGranit Management (TGM) into Dubai and the region in his capacity as the Leasing Director for the MENA region. Additionally, he has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC) since 2007. Jihad holds a Master and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
