His expertise spans project planning, technical and cost analysis, facility upgrades, community revitalization, and innovative service integration, making him a pivotal force in propelling companies to industry forefronts. Ashraf's notable achievements include leading prestigious hospitality projects, managing a real estate portfolio valued over 7 billion Riyals, and setting operational standards that significantly boosted team performance. His roles have encompassed Chief Hospitality Officer at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., where he launched a new hospitality brand, expanded the hotel portfolio, and integrated hospitality services with various sectors to enhance customer experience. Previously, as an Assets Director and Senior Director in asset management, Ashraf has safeguarded property operations, increased operational efficiency, and led major hospitality and real estate initiatives across the Middle East. Educationally, Ashraf holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. His professional development is further complemented by certifications in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and membership in the Hospitality Asset Managers Association MEA. Ashraf's skills in hospitality management, strategic planning, project management, and leadership have been instrumental in opening hotels, negotiating contracts, and driving the hospitality industry forward.
