With a career spanning over 17 years in the hospitality industry, Alain has spent more than 11 years in the fields of hotel development and real estate. He has experience across various segments, from luxury to midscale establishments, including both standalone projects and complex mixed-use developments.

Currently serving as Managing Director, Development, MENA at Hilton, he is responsible for amplifying the company's growth trajectory. Joining Hilton earlier this year, his focus remains on fostering the expansion of Hilton’s market-leading brands across the Middle East and North Africa, with a particular focus on the burgeoning Saudi Arabian market.

Prior to his current role, Alain spent two years in Saudi Arabia as Head of Business Development at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company, a subsidiary of KSA’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). A seasoned developer with experience in Europe, Middle East and Africa, he possesses a discerning eye for cultivating successful hotels that resonate with both guests and owners.
