Manuel is leading Asset Management for a confidential PIF entity. Previously, he was the Director of Investments for PIF’s Boutique Group, where he was responsible for commercializing the royal and cultural palaces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to his tenure in the Kingdom, Manuel was leading the Middle Eastern, African and Asian hotel portfolio for Katara Hospitality, the State of Qatar’s hotel investment arm. He has prior experience with international financial firms and asset management institutions across the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Manuel holds a post-graduate degree from HEC Paris (EMBA), where he specialized in Strategic Finance. He is also a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration’s Baker Program in Real Estate Finance at Cornell University and has an undergraduate degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL, Switzerland and EAHM, Dubai. Manuel has completed several Executive Education Courses on Competitive Strategy, Leadership and Sustainability at Yale School of Management.
